Maybe what used to light you up no longer brings you joy. Or perhaps your current approach to pursuing meaning leaves you feeling frustrated, burnt out, and unhappy.
You’re spending more of your time in your head, making you distant from your feelings. You’re willing to take imperfect action if only you knew what action to take. Most of all, you fear staying stuck and that time is running out.
If you’re like most service-oriented women, you’ve steadily tried to re-align with your purpose. Maybe you’ve amped up your self-care routine, hoping that some extra “me time” would do the trick. You might have sought advice through self-help books and one-on-one therapy. You may have even quit outright what felt out of alignment.
While many of these actions were important next steps, you’re still feeling lost.
True success is a combination of the following principles:
- Everyone has an archetypal imprint. When you understand this imprint, you have a map of how to best respond to what’s going on. Many modalities exist that offer an archetypal lens. The tool I use is astrology.
- We’re all connected. Each person you encounter mirrors parts of who you are. Listening openly helps you learn more about yourself. Bringing a group together with the same are similar archetypal patterns heightens this principle.
- Honest reflection brings awareness. By telling yourself the truth as you see it compassionately increases your awareness of unhealthy patterns
- Courage is cultivated over time. When you want to create something new, often courage is required. You may not receive validation in the world for stepping out of the status quo.
- Change occurs on multiple levels. Though we may tackle issues from a mental or behavioral perspective, change also occurs on the physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

Why Astrology?
Astrology is the symbolic language of the stars that dates back thousands of years. Its wisdom can be summed up in the Hermetic teaching, “as above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul”.
My modern western astrological practice is focused on delving into the psyche. The natal chart is the essential tool used and it’s derived mathematically from a person’s date, time, and place of birth. It provides symbolic information about one’s potential for development and the archetypal patterns that exist. You are imprinted with this potential during the moment of your birth.
Armed with this map of the evolutionary journey, an astrologer can guide you through some of your most difficult times.

Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t know my Rising Sign; how do I find out?
Your Rising Sign (aka the Ascendant) is a mathematical point that marks the eastern horizon or the sign rising there at your birth. The only way to determine your Rising Sign is to generate an astrological natal chart based on 1) your date of birth, 2) your exact time of birth, and 3) your place of birth.
If you don’t have a copy of your natal chart, you can generate one using a free application at astro.com.

How can I prepare for the program?
The best way to prepare for this program is to gather a journal or notebook and a writing tool. Both will be needed for taking notes and for completing the journal prompts provided.
Why is the program organized around Rising Signs?
This program is designed using astrology as a tool. Within astrology, there are 12 different types of Rising Signs. In order to go through systematically and provide detailed guidance on what you may need to release to create your future, it’s important to decrease the variability within the tool.
Additionally, organizing the group this way also heightens the group experience because everyone can relate to the commonalities that exist between Rising Signs of the same element.
What if I can’t attend all classes live?
To get the most out of this experience, I recommend attending each 90-minute class live. Additionally, a large part of the process involves the interactions you will have with the other participants.
However, life happens. You may need to miss a class here or there because of unforeseen circumstances. A recording will be provided for the teaching portion of each class. For privacy reasons, work on participant charts will not be recorded.
