There will always be something to fear. A very real statement as we continue to navigate a seemingly never-ending pandemic.

Life’s scary parts come in all forms—personal ones and collective ones passed down from generation to generation. Our bodies are the primary interpreters of the types of fears we tend to deal with through the nervous system. And sometimes, it may be right to move in the direction of what we fear.

Some of us have conveniently created lives to avoid our fears, while others consistently find ways of facing them. The latter holds the spirit of the adventurer. Which one are you?

The New Moon (and Solar Eclipse) at 12° Sagittarius will support you in seeding a new adventure. The outcome is not guaranteed. There will be bumps in the road, an unforeseen detour, and various characters along the journey. Who you become in the process will be priceless.

During the New Moon, many other planetary bodies are in challenging or uncomfortable aspects. Perhaps you’re actively engaging with your fears. You may also witness a lot of fight energy, and some plans may get thwarted. That said, there is reason to be optimistic.

The Sagittarius New Moon will also help burn away inconsistencies in your vision while kick-starting daily habits that will move you out of your comfort zone. When you are tired of always being afraid, adventure awaits. Think of this New Moon as your internal life coach. You’re grounding that fiery belief in yourself, and no one can tell you nothing!

What about the Solar Eclipse?

This New Moon is extra potent because we also have a Solar eclipse.

Since November 2020, the eclipse series in Gemini and Sagittarius have been clearing a path around new information, beliefs, truths, and vision. You’ve had to practice discernment, tolerance, adaptability, faith, and open-mindedness. On December 3, we have the final installment until we revisit these themes in about nine years.

Eclipses represent a momentary distinguishing of light—an ominous occurrence in ancient times. When eclipses come around, roughly every six months, be prepared for change. What’s unfolding is out of your control, and it’s best to go with the flow.

This Sagitarrius Solar Eclipse will bring about slow multifaceted change. Meaning you might see results from this eclipse into the early part of next year. Make sure to get plenty of rest and engage in calming activities for your nervous system. If possible, taking a break from the news and social media will be beneficial. The Gemini-Sagittarius axis governs the news and media industry, so we may see a lot of volatility there.

The New Moon Solar Eclipse begins at 11:43 pm PST on December 3, 2021.
